Insufficient Parking for Place of Worship (Coptic Church) - Amended DA-20024/249

Our Association objects to the amended DA due to the impact that the place of worship and its ancillary buildings will have on the area, the key problems being:

🛑 Traffic Impact – Clause 3.5.2, Bayside DCP 2022

🛑 Design and Character – Clause 6.9.2, Bayside DCP 2022

🛑 Parking and Access

🛑 Overshadowing Impacts
