kogarah town centre proposed towers

Plans are currently being considered by the State Government for three 19-storey apartment towers to be built above Kogarah Town Centre and train station.

Ganellen, a Giant construction company, have a long-term lease on the Kogarah Town Centre, and own and lease properties within it. They also own the adjoining Budget Petrol Station site.

The development proposal includes an upgrade to the train station, which although welcome comes at the expense of the major over-development in an area that already experiences grid-lock.
