Response to the NSW Government’s state environmental planning proposal (SEPP) for mid and low rise residential flat building and dual occupancies

The KBPA acknowledges the housing crisis currently being experienced in NSW and understands that steps need to be taken to rectify this problem. We have therefore written a detailed submission regarding the State Government’s proposed changes to create low and mid-rise housing.
